The moment I walked into this hotel I was wowed it’s breathtaking!. The atmosphere the architecture the staff just astounded. Arrived very early was kindly upgraded to the room I wished I had I was so excited about this . The staff very just next level never have I ever experienced such high level of service from every single staff member treated like absolute royalty. My favourite staff was Artis at breakfast absolutely phenomenal service . The kids club was awesome staff very extremely friendly my son never wanted to leave when I picked him up which was a really good sign. The room very had pool suite room that we were kindly upgraded to at it was breathtaking huge luxurious had all the little amenities one could need . What truly makes a hotel a 5 star plus is always how you are treated by the staff and the staff are the real show absolutely phenomenal outstanding service by every single staff . The photos don’t do this hotel justice this is a must once in a life stay . I literally cannot wait to come back to this hotel . The spa treatment as well outstanding had a pranic healing and wow ! Everything just 10stard nothing to fault not 1 thing .

Kempinski Bali is a fantastic hotel. It's massive but elegant and doesn't feel overwhelming. We stayed at the Cliff Oceanview Suite with a private pool, which was the best choice. The hotel was nice enough to provide us with a high-floor room with a stunning panorama of the ocean—one of the best views we've ever had. With Cliff Suites, you also get excellent bonuses, including a separate breakfast area, a separate lounge area, a Concierge, complimentary tea time and complimentary cocktail hour at the rooftop bar. Our room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, and the private pool had great views. The staff was fantastic everywhere we went—breakfast, restaurants, pool, beach—everyone was smiling, kind and helpful. They truly made our stay memorable. The concierge staff, especially Gaby and Jennifer, deserve a special mention as they provided us with truly special care, made us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed. It's a very luxurious experience, for sure. PS. Japanese restaurant is a must-visit.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to and we travel a lot. everything at the highest level - cleanliness, service, beautiful decor, food. the hotel has beautiful greenery, the beach is cleaned every day - in the rainy season you won't see any seaweed. A lovely birthday surprise for my son, with live music and cake. The staff asks every day on whats up and fulfills every wish. Greetings to the wonderful staff at the Reef beach bar - we loved being there! In this hotel you can really feel wonderful

Typical big beach resort with all facilities, nice restaurants, nice beach, swimming pools, bars, gym. We booked a Laguna Gand deluxe suite, but they upgraded to a cliff Junior suite with private pool, we felt very lucky and agreed, the room was very spacious, full of luxury, huge bathroom, shower, terrace and private pool and a sunset view, but...
